Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Onnixx, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Onnixx. Use of AI features — including avatar generation and voice cloning — requires you to be at least 18 years old.

2. Description of Services

Onnixx is an AI-powered digital business card platform. We provide the following services:

• Digital business card creation and customization
• QR code generation for card sharing
• AI-powered avatar video generation
• Voice cloning and text-to-speech
• AI script rewriting
• Subscription management

Our services depend on third-party providers and may be subject to their availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to all features at all times.

3. Account Registration & Security

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Accounts are non-transferable. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We require email verification for all accounts as a security measure.

4. Subscription Plans & Payment

Subscriptions are processed securely via Stripe. All plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the billing period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to paid features continues until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled per our refund policy.

Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice. Free trial terms apply as described at registration.

5. AI-Specific Terms

Avatar Generation

You may only use images of yourself or individuals who have given explicit written consent. Creating deepfakes or impersonating others is strictly prohibited.

Voice Cloning

You must have explicit consent from the voice owner before cloning any voice. You are solely responsible for compliance with local biometric data laws.

Misuse of voice cloning technology may result in immediate account termination.

Script Rewriting

Content submitted for AI rewriting is processed by OpenAI. Do not submit sensitive, confidential, or proprietary information through the script rewriting feature.

AI-generated scripts are provided "as-is" without guarantee of accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose.

AI-Generated Content

You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of any AI-generated output.

AI-generated works may have limited copyright protection depending on your jurisdiction.

6. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload, including photos, text, and voice recordings.

By uploading content to Onnixx, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content as needed to provide the service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to all content you upload. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Onnixx platform, design, branding, and underlying technology are owned by Onnixx. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform.

The Onnixx name, logo, and trademarks may not be used without prior written permission.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

When using Onnixx, you agree not to:

• Create deepfakes or non-consensual synthetic media
• Impersonate others without their consent
• Upload illegal or harmful content
• Use the service for spam or harassment
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the platform
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Share your account credentials with others

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of Onnixx is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to data collection and processing as described therein.

10. Third-Party Services

Onnixx integrates with the following third-party services:

• D-ID — Avatar video generation
• ElevenLabs — Voice cloning and text-to-speech
• OpenAI — Script rewriting
• Stripe — Payment processing
• Firebase / Google Cloud — Infrastructure and authentication

These services have their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or practices.

11. Warranty Disclaimers

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We make no warranties regarding:

• Availability or uptime of the platform
• Accuracy of AI-generated content
• Quality of avatar videos or voice clones
• Compatibility with your devices or browsers

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onnixx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Misuse AI features (deepfakes, unauthorized voice cloning)
• Fail to pay subscription fees

Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except as required by law.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice via email or in-app notification.

Continued use of Onnixx after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you must stop using the service.
